Our meetings are set up once per week. They are generally 25 to 30 minutes in length. I always strive to be on time, but If I am running a bit late please be patient. I pride myself on consistency, but at times things may come up. If I cannot make it to our meeting I will see to it you are notified. I will do so on the phone if possible, but have also been known to do so via email if it's an emergency.

One of the most important aspects in this coaching program is consistency. I want to make sure we are holding our meetings every week if possible. I can not reschedule if your not progressing as fast as you would like. That is all the more reason to meet, and I will help you. It is anticipated that we will be meeting at the same time each week unless otherwise arranged. Please be sure to give me at least 24 hours of notice if you will be unable to make our meeting.

Within a week or two of our first meeting you will be recieving a call from a company called Strategic Financial for one of your sessions. They are specialists in the financial aspects of business. They will provide you with information about business setup, and accounting. I am not legally qualified to instruct in this area. If you have any questions about the call, or are in need of financial advise they will be able to assist you.

I have created this Blog (website) to help you throughout our meetings. I am always adding to it and anticipate it will be better in the future than it is now. It is not perfect, but I would like it to be. If you find any mistakes, or have suggestions please let me know at kaufusi@mentoringofamerica.com

It is very important to me to receive feedback. I would like to hear what you think of this blog as well as what I can do to improve as your coach. You are welcome to email me directly at kaufusi@mentoringofamerica.com , or feel free to leave anonymous feedback at http://feedback.mentoringofamerica.com/. Thanks so much for doing this.

Help and Support

Improvement is so critical in business. We need to strive to be better tomorrow than we were today. We can do alot of that through our own study. I encourage you to set aside at least 15-20 minutes per day to read something that will increase your understanding. It could be from my blog, your materials, or another source that is reputable.

Be organized in what your doing. Develop a system that works for you to document and keep track of your progress. You will be contacting alot of counties, and researching alot of properties so being unorganized will lead to frustration and the feeling of being overwhelmed.

If you get stuck on an assignment, or anything you are working on be sure to go for help. There are many resources to help you to clarify anything you may encounter.

My Blog- I am striving to answer most common questions within the content of this site. Please review the most relevant article to the question you have, and you will most likely find the help you need.

The Coaching Hotline- Sometimes the only way to get things clarified is to speak with an expert on the phone. Please call the hotline during the week for support. This is the fastest way to get the help you need next to using the blog. 1-888-733-7615. Their hours are from 7am-7pm PST, 10am-10pm EST.Email Me- You are welcome to email me with any questions you may have. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours to hear back, and sometimes longer on weekends. This is the best way to communicate with me during the week kaufusi@mentoringofamerica.com

The Counties- Many of the questions I get are things that I refer to the whichever county you may be working with at the time. There are over 3,000 counties in the United States alone, and they all have their own variations in how they do things. I am pretty good at answering these questions, but find I speculate too much, and always follow up an answer with "you'd better confirm that with the county" so I always appreciate when you check with the county first.
